New Thoughts on the Renovation of Old Residential Areas in the Post-pandemic Era
In the context of a high incidence of public health incidents,old residential buildings often appear unprepared in response to unexpected situations due to their disordered spatial planning and low safety and stability,becoming a fragile part of urban management.This article selects the"Xuetianyuan"community in Nantong City as a research example to explore the problems in the renovation of old residential areas under the background of prevention and control.Based on the current status of renovation,optimization paths are proposed to further enhance the ability of old residential areas to cope with risks and build smart and healthy residential areas.
