Discussion on the Application of Airport Intelligent Customer Service Based on Large Language Model
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of airport customer service,this article introduced the current status of airport customer service systems and sorts out service requirements.On the basis,intelligent customer service was constructed based on LLM,and customer service processes were designed according to service requirements.Intelligent customer service can provide personalized and efficient customer service based on LLM,and providing better experiences for airport passengers,at the same time,it can also save human resources and improve airport management efficiency.In the future,the smart airport customer service system is expected to be applied and promoted in more airports and travel scenarios.
