Exploring the Design Strategies of Ultra-High-Rise Green Buildings——The Case of China Construction Fourth Bureau1s Science and Innovation Building
The balance between the development and construction of super high-rise buildings,the ecological environment and sustainable development has gradually become a key concern of the construction industry.This paper briefly analyzes and describes the green building strategies adopted in the design phase of the super high-rise green building by combining the actual engineering case of the Science and Innovation Building project of China Construction Bureau.The project is adapted to the local conditions,giving full consideration to the combination of architectural design and green concepts,and utilizing a number of green design strategies in terms of building energy conservation,green energy-saving technologies,and the use of renewable energy,with a view to providing a reference model for the design of ultra-high-rise green buildings,and providing an excellent demonstration case for the green transformation and upgrading of the construction sector.
