摘要

"双碳"背景下为实现建设工程全生命周期碳排放有效控制,基于PDCA循环与动态控制原理建立建设工程全生命周期碳排放管控模式.依据项目全生命周期管理特点将全生命周期碳排放管控划分为决策、实施与运行三个管控过程,并构建起四阶段、八步骤的碳排放动态循环管控模式.针对P、D、C、A四个阶段的八项管控工作内容展开详细论述,为实现建设工程全生命周期降碳、控碳提供一种新思路.

Abstract

Under the background of"dual-carbon goals"to achieve effective control of carbon emissions throughout the entire lifespan of construction projects.Based on the PDCA cycle and dynamic control principle a carbon emissions control mode for the life cycle of construction projects is established.With reference to the characteristics of the project life-cycle management,the carbon emissions control of construction projects is divided into three control processes:decision-making,implementation and operation.Also a dynamic cycle control mode containing four-stage and eight-step is set up for reducing carbon emissions from construction projects.The eight control working contents in the four stages of P,D,C and A are discussed in detail to provide a new idea for the realization of carbon reduction and control in the whole life cycle of construction projects.
