摘要
本文结合我国建筑行业现行的定额计价模式和工程量清单计价模式,通过分析建筑信息模型框架结构体系、标准表达方式、构件属性特点,形成适用于建筑信息模型计量计价的模式,建立建筑信息模型与计价计量的映射关系,探究基于建筑信息模型的计量计价体系的构建及其优势,从项目空间、管理流程、BIM技术、映射关系等方面提出解决方案,实现工程基于建筑信息模型(BIM)计量计价模式的实施方法.
Abstract
This paper combines the current fixed pricing model and bill of quantities pricing modeling my country's construction industry,through the analysis of the building information model frame structure system,standard expression methods,and component attribute characteristics,and establishes the mapping relationship between building information models and pricing measurement.The construction of the measurement and payment system based on the building information model and its advantages,put forward solutions from the aspects of project space,management process,BIM technology,mapping relationship,etc.,and realize the implementation method of the measurement and payment system based on the unique data source of BIM.
