摘要
装饰装修工程是建筑全寿命周期至关重要的一部分,本文以深圳市新华医院BIM实施应用为例,研究BIM技术在医疗建筑装饰装修工程中的应用情况,指出了BIM技术在建筑装饰装修工程设计中的应用优势,阐述了BIM技术在高精度模型搭建、BIM协同设计、工程量统计、三维可视化技术交底等方面的具体应用,以期为我国建筑装饰装修行业的从业人员提供宝贵的经验和应用参考,推动BIM技术在医疗建筑装饰装修工程中的广泛应用.
Abstract
Decoration and renovation engineering is a crucial part of the entire life cycle of buildings.This article takes the implementation and application of BIM in Shenzhen Xinhua Hospital as an example to study the application of BIM technology in medical building decoration and renovation engineering.It points out the advantages of BIM technology in building decoration and renovation engineering design,and elaborates on the specific applications of BIM technology in high-precision model building,BIM collaborative design,engineering quantity statistics,3D visualization technology disclosure,and other aspects,In order to provide valuable experience and application reference for practitioners in the construction and decoration industry in China,and promote the widespread application of BIM technology in medical building decoration and renovation projects.
