摘要
传统的进度管理方式,多为管理人员根据自己的工作经验、合同要求及图纸等相关文件来完成进度计划编制,相关人员依据进度计划现场执行,但由于现场管理人员、作业人员、材料等实际情况的不稳定性,导致进度计划无法有效地执行下去.面对这一问题,本文将通过广钢新城车辆段派工单的应用来阐述如何利用BIM技术实现工程项目动态可视化进度管理.
Abstract
The traditional progress management method often involves management personnel completing the progress plan based on their work experience,contract requirements,drawings and other relevant documents.Relevant personnel execute the progress plan on site,but due to the instability of the actual situation of on-site management personnel,operators,materials,etc.,the progress plan cannot be executed.Faced with this issue,this article will explain how to use BIM technology to achieve dynamic visual progress management of engineering projects through the application of dispatch orders in the vehicle depot of Guangzhou Iron and Steel New City.
