BIM作为一种数智可视化建筑设计和管理技术,逐渐在现代建筑行业中得到大规模应用和推广,在推动行业快速迈入信息化时代之余,也不断迭代完善技术本身.在复杂构件材料深化下料中,BIM技术具有卓越优势,可通过建模、参数化设计和数据分析等方法快速且精准确定主要材料的尺寸、数量和位置,并系统性生成下料图纸和材料清单,大大减少误差,避免浪费和重复工作,提高整体效率和透明度.本案以深圳技术大学(一期)项目为例,研究BIM技术在大型学校项目幕墙和钢结构等主要材料深化下料中的应用,旨在进一步阐明、深挖BIM技术在复杂构件材料管控中的价值.
Application Research of BIM Technology in the Material Deepening and Cutting of Large-scale School Projects
BIM,as a digital visualization technology for architectural design and management,is gradually being wide1y applied and promoted in the modern construction industry.While accelerating the industry's transition into the information age,it also continuously iterates and improves the technology itself.In the deepening and cutting of complex component materials,BIM technology has significant advantages.It can quickly and accurately determine the dimensions,quantities,and locations of major materials through methods such as modeling,parametric design,and data analysis.It systematically generates cutting drawings and material lists,greatly reducing errors,avoiding waste and duplicate work,and improving overall efficiency and transparency.This article takes the example of the Shenzhen Technical University(Phase Ⅰ)project to study the application of BIM technology in the deepening and cutting of major materials such as curtain walls and steel structures in large-scale school projects.The aim is to further clarify and explore the value of BIM technology in the management of complex component materials.
