With the vigorous development of technology,intelligent building technology is becoming an important driving force in the field of EPC(design,procurement,construction)project management.The emergence of these technologies has brought new possibilities to project management,from automated construction to data analysis decision support systems,to intelligent monitoring and safety management,as well as resource optimization and energy management.The application of intelligent building technology is increasingly deeply affecting all aspects of projects.This article will delve into the multiple applications of intelligent building technology in EPC project management,revealing its positive impact in shortening project cycles,improving efficiency,improving risk management,and promoting sustainable development,providing strong support for successful project delivery and sustainable operation.
