国外绿色建造发展经验与启示

摘要
近年来,建筑行业带来的环境污染和气候变化问题受到国际社会的高度重视,绿色建造已成为建筑行业发展的必然趋势.本文在明确绿色建造概念的基础上,梳理了英国、美国、新加坡在绿色建造领域的典型举措,归纳出国外经验对我国绿色建造发展的启示.最后结合我国绿色建造发展现状,从政策法规、技术体系、示范推广三方面提出了建议.
Abstract
Environmental pollution and climate change issues caused by the construction industry have attracted great attention from the international community in the recent years.Green construction has become an inevitable trend in the development of the construction industry.On the basis of clarifying the concept of green construction,this study sorts out the typical initiatives of green construction in the United Kingdom,the United States and Singapore.Then we summarize the enlightenments of foreign experience to the development of green construction in China.Finally,considering the development status of green construction in China,we put forward suggestions from three aspects:policies and regulations,technical system,and promotion of the demonstration.
