摘要
随着建筑业转型升级及国家绿色低碳发展要求,建筑领域碳减排已成为我国实现碳达峰碳中和战略目标的关键环节,推动建筑业实现绿色建造发展已成为必然趋势.全过程工程咨询作为一种"融合、集约、高效"的新型工程管理模式,能够实现对绿色建造活动的全面促进与推广.为了更好地应用好全过程工程咨询模式,本文从全寿命周期协调管控、数字化全过程咨询、完善政策体系与配套三个角度分别进行了阐释和论证,并对应提出了三条建议全面推动全过程工程咨询模式应用,从而促进绿色建造的发展.
Abstract
With the transformation of the construction industry and the green and low-carbon development requirements,carbon emission reduction in the construction has become a key link to achieve the strategic goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in China.Promoting the development of green construction in the construction has become an inevitable trend.As a new project management mode of"integration,intensive and efficient",the whole process engineering consulting mode can realize the comprehensive promotion and popularization of green construction activities.In order to better apply the whole-process engineering consulting model,this paper explains and demonstrates the whole-process engineering consulting model from three perspectives:whole-life cycle coordination and control,digital whole-process consulting,and improvement of policy system and supporting,and correspondingly puts forward three suggestions to comprehensively promote the application of whole-process engineering consulting model,so as to promote the development of green construction.
