电力作为一项关系国计民生的基础产业,其供应保障关乎国家战略安全与经济社会发展全局.在电力系统中,变电站扮演着变换电压、接受和分配电能、控制电力流向以及调整电压的重要角色.随着我国全社会用电量的不断增加和电网的持续发展,变电站建设的规模和数量也日益扩大.在"十三五"期间,国家电网有限公司共计建设了8000多座变电站,并将在"十四五"期间继续推进变电站的建设.变电站建筑是用以容纳变电站基础设备并为其提供运行环境的典型工业建筑物.为了实现设备容纳与电力调配的基本功能,变电站建筑的设计相对标准化,不同方案的室内空间和建筑造型大体相似.因此,对变电站建筑进行的低碳研究成果可以广泛应用于其他项目,对于行业低碳绿色发展具有重要意义.
Creating Green Substation Buildings for Low-Carbon Transformation of Grids
As a basic industry related to national economy and people's livelihood,the supply guarantee of electric power is related to national strategic security and economic and social development.In the power system,substation plays an important role in transforming voltage,accepting and distributing power,controlling power flow and adjusting voltage.With the increasing electricity consumption of China's society and the continuous development of the power grid,the scale and number of substation construction is also expanding.During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,the State Grid Corporation built more than 8,000 substations,and will continue to promote the construction of substations during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.A substation building is a typical industrial building used to house substation infrastructure equipment and provide an operating environment for it.In order to fulfill the basic functions of equipment accommodation and power distribution,the design of substation buildings is relatively standardized,with the interior space and architectural shapes of different schemes being largely similar.Therefore,the results of low-carbon research on substation buildings can be widely applied to other projects,which is of great significance to the low-carbon and green development of the industry.
