摘要

2020年,我国明确承诺了2030年实现碳达峰、2060年前实现碳中和.2021年,住房与城乡建设部办公厅发布了《绿色建造技术导则(试行)》,明确了当前和今后一个时期绿色建造工作、行业转型升级等方面的总体要求和目标.当前道路建设行业高消耗、高排放的建设方式还未得到明显扭转,这与"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的新发展理念和"双碳"发展要求还存在一定差距.设计工作是整个建设环节的龙头,在我国道路建设仍然处于高速发展的阶段,提升道路基础设施领域的设计水平,引领施工、运维阶段的绿色低碳化发展,对落实我国绿色建造总体目标,加快实现碳达峰和碳中和具有非常重要的意义.

Abstract

In 2020,China made a clear commitment to achieve carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.In 2021,the Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development issued the"Guidelines for Green Building Technology(Trial)",which clarified the overall requirements and goals for green building work,industry transformation and upgrading in the current and future periods.The current high consumption and high emission construction methods in road construction indu.stry have not been significantly reversed,which still lags behind the new development concept of"innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing"and the requirements of"dual carbon"goals.Design work is the leader of the entire construction process.In China,road construction is still in a stage of rapid development.Improving the design level of road infrastructure,leading the green and low-carbon development in the construction and operation stages,can be very significant for implementing the overall goal of green construction in China,accelerating the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.
