摘要

全面提升城市品质、加快产业数字化发展已纳入国家"十四五"规划纲要,在推动经济高质量发展的背景下,传统房地产行业探索创新发展新路径是必然选择.中国金茂传承与生俱来的绿色基因,秉承科学至上的理念,打造公司新建造体系.从智能建造入手,依托先进的建造技术,通过穿插施工、绿色低碳技术、智慧工地、可视化建造等手段,实现"四提三降",实现精益建造.

Abstract

Comprehensively improving urban quality and accelerating industrial digital development have been included in the outline of the national"14th Five-Year Plan".In the context of promoting high-quality economic development,it is an inevitable choice for the traditional real estate industry to explore a new path of innovative development.China Jinmao inherits the inherent green gene,adheres to the concept of science first,and creates a new construction system of the company.Starting from intelligent construction,relying on advanced construction technology,through interspersed construction,green and low-carbon technology,smart construction site,visual construction and other means,to achieve"four improvements and three reductions",to achieve lean construction.
