摘要
针对我国工程监理单位传统管理模式相对落后的现状,结合数字经济的发展推动建筑业数字化转型,引入BIM技术辅助监理工作做好精细化管理.本文采用文献研究法、观察法以及实证研究法开展研究,阐述监理单位在工程管理中应用BIM技术的优势,并在宿州第二人民医院项目中进行实践应用,取得了良好的成效,提升了监理单位的管理效能.
Abstract
In response to the relatively backward traditional management mode of Construction project management in China,combined with the development of the digital economy to promote the digital transformation of the construction industry,BIM technology is introduced to assist in delicacy management of supervision work.This article adopts literature research,observation,and empirical research methods to conduct research,elaborating on the advantages of BIM technology applied by supervision units in engineering management.It has been applied in the Suzhou City Second People's Hospital and achieved good results,improving the management efficiency of construction project management.
