随着电子信息、自动控制、物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术的不断发展,建筑智能化系统的复杂程度和技术难度也越来越高,对智能化系统运维人员业务能力也提出了更高要求,另由于建筑智能化子系统众多,业主/物业单位依靠自身力量很难满足智能化系统运维要求.为规范建筑智能化系统的运行维护工作,提高建筑智能化系统运行效率和管理质量,国家相关行业主管部门(住建部)于2017年4月1 1日发布行业标准《建筑智能化系统运行维护技术规范》(JGJ/T 417-2017).对于专业从事智能化系统运维的单位和人员来说是一大福利,不但运维的实施有章可循,而且与业主/物业单位沟通更有理有据,可大大促进行业健康发展.
Analysis of Operation and Maintenance Services for Building Intelligent Systems
With the continuous development of technologies such as electronic information,automatic control,the Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence,the complexity and technical difficulty of building intelligent systems are also increasing,which puts higher requirements on the business capabilities of intelligent system operation and maintenance personnel.In addition,due to the numerous building intelligent subsystems,it is difficult for owners/property units to meet the requirements of intelligent system operation and maintenance relying on their own strength.In order to standardize the operation and maintenance of building intelligent systems,improve the efficiency and management quality of building intelligent systems,the relevant industry regulatory department(Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development)of the country issued the industry standard"Technical Specification for Operation and Maintenance of Building Intelligent Systems"(JGJ/T 417-2017)on April 11,2017.For units and personnel specializing in intelligent system operation and maintenance,it is a great benefit.Not only is the implementation of operation and maintenance organized,but communication with owners/property units is more reasonable and well founded,which can greatly promote the healthy development of the industry.
