摘要
本文概况了湖南建投在低碳发展上采用的战略规划和实施方案,并汇总了其在低碳发展过程中取得的一系列成果,为整个建筑业提供了一版低碳发展新"模式",极大丰富了现有各建筑施工企业的低碳发展路线.同时,也为建筑业的低碳发展提出了切实、可行的建议,为政府部门的低碳政策制定提供了依据.研究成果有效助力中国建筑业的低碳高质量发展及国家"双碳"目标的圆满达成,具有很好的学习和借鉴作用.
Abstract
This article provides an overview of the strategic planning and implementation plan adopted by Hunan Construction Investment in low-carbon development,and summarizes a series of achievements it has achieved in the process of low-carbon development.It provides a new low-carbon development model for the entire construction industry,greatly enriching the low-carbon development routes of existing construction enterprises.At the same time,practical and feasible suggestions have been proposed for the low-carbon development of the construction industry,providing a basis for government departments to formulate low-carbon policies.The research results effectively contribute to the low-carbon and high-quality development of China's construction industry and the successful achievement of the national"dual carbon"goal,which has a good learning and reference value.
