摘要
本研究旨在探讨项目现场管理可持续策略,提出了项目现场问题,针对问题结合工厂自身产品生产工艺流程,给出了基于绿色建造理念下的项目管理策略.结果表明,采用绿色建造理念,通过综合考虑工厂自身产品生产工艺流程,减少资源消耗、降低环境影响,并且提高生产效率和质量,为项目现场管理打下坚实的可持续基础.
Abstract
This study aims to explore sustainable strategies for project site management,propose project site issues,and provide a project management strategy based on the green building concept,combined with the factory's own product production process.The results show that adopting the green building concept and considering the factory's own product production process comprehensively can reduce resource consumption,reduce environmental impact,and improve production efficiency and quality,to lay a solid and sustainable foundation for project site management.
