住宅小区建筑电气设计及节能措施探析

住宅小区电气设计决定了住宅内部各项电气设备能否稳定运行,为进一步贯彻落实节能减排号召,应积极采取节能措施,提高电气节能效果.本文对住宅小区建筑电气系统进行了研究,分析了住宅小区建筑电气设计方法,包括负荷计算、供电电源设计、开闭站设计、电缆线路设计等.并从配备节能型变压器、提高功率因数、电缆线路节能、光导管照明四个方面,探讨了建筑电气节能设计措施.以此来打造绿色建筑电气工程,贯彻落实节能环保发展目标,推动我国建筑行业迈入全新发展阶段.
Analysis of Electrical Design and Energy-saving Measures for Residential Community Buildings
The electrical design of residential communities determines whether various electrical equipment inside the residential area can operate stably.In order to further implement the call for energy-saving and emission reduction,energy-saving measures should be actively taken to improve the effectiveness of electrical energy conservation.This article studies the electrical system of residential buildings and analyzes the electrical design methods of residential buildings,including load calculation,power supply design,switch station design,cable line design,etc.And from the four aspects of equipping energy-saving transformers,improving power factor,energy-saving cable lines,and light conduit lighting,this paper explores energy-saving design measures for building electrical systems.To create green building electrical engineering,implement the development goals of energy conservation and environmental protection,and promote China's construction industry to enter a new stage of development.
