摘要
以山东省莱州市某建筑大厦工程为研究对象,搭建了施工组织策划智能化应用技术构架,确定广联达BIM 5D软件作为施工组织策划推演软件,对快速校核标的工程量清单、建造过程可视化模拟、施工组织方案优化和施工场地布置4个方面的智能化BIM技术应用进行研究.研究成果可应用于复杂建筑工程的数字化和智能化施工组织策划.
Abstract
Taking a building project in Laizhou City,Shandong Province as the research object,the intelligent application technology framework of construction organization planning was built,and Glodon BIM 5D software was determined as the construction organization planning deduction software.The intelligent BIM technology application in four aspects,namely,the bill of quantities of the rapid check subject,the visual simulation of the construction process,the optimization of the construction organization scheme and the layout of the construction site,was studied.The research results can be applied to the digital and intelligent construction organization planning of complex building engineering.
