Analysis of Key Factors in the Application of Ground Source Heat Pump in Buildings Based on Cost Control
The application of ground source heat pump in buildings is a complex system engineering. With the increasing maturity and widespread application of ground source heat pump technology, how to effectively control the initial investment and operating costs of ground source heat pump systems has become the key to the successful promotion of ground source heat pump building application projects. For shallow geothermal energy building application projects with natural geographical conditions, cost control is mainly related to three key factors:whether they have the advantage of shallow geothermal energy resource endowment, whether the planning of shallow geothermal energy building application is reasonable, and the energy efficiency of ground source heat pump system design. In the application of ground source heat pump in buildings, the thinking of system engineering must be applied, and the cost control concept must be integrated throughout the entire process of building application. The initial investment cost, operating cost, and life cycle cost of the ground source heat pump system must be comprehensively and reasonably controlled from the aspects of system technical feasibility, economic rationality, and operational stability and sustainability,in order to promote the promotion of ground source heat pump,a shallow geothermal energy building application technology.Starting from the analysis of the characteristics of shallow geothermal energy and based on the needs of the national"dual carbon"strategy, this article analyzes and demonstrates the three key factors that affect the cost control of ground source heat pump building application projects, and proposes a systematic solution path,in response to the misconception that ground source heat pumps are"environmentally friendly and not energy-saving"that many projects have brought to investors and consumers due to poor cost control.
