Reflection on Emergency Response and Risks of Property Facilities and Equipment
As one of the important contents of property management,testing equipment is directly related to the comfort and safety level of each homeowner's residence.In the process of managing property facilities and equipment,there are inevitably some risks due to various factors.Therefore,strengthening emergency response and risk management of property facilities and equipment has become an important direction of property management.This article first briefly introduces the theories related to risks and emergency response in property facilities and equipment,analyzes the risks of the property facilities and equipment from the aspects of elevator lifting systems,air conditioning systems,water supply and drainage systems,fire protection systems,etc and proposes corresponding emergency response measures.
