摘要
为全面优化房地产开发水平,要结合房地产控制管理的具体需求,积极整合管理要素,建构完整的技术平台,发挥智能建筑技术的优势作用,整合资源结构的同时,维持房屋建筑开发项目综合效益的可控性.本文简要分析了智能建筑技术的特点,并对房地产开发中智能建筑技术的具体应用路径展开讨论.
Abstract
In order to comprehensively optimize the level of real estate development,it is necessary to combine the specific needs of real estate control and management,actively integrate the management elements,build a complete technology platform,give full play to the advantages of intelligent building technology,integrate the resource structure,and maintain the controllability of the comprehensive benefits of housing construction development projects.This paper briefly analyzes the characteristics of intelligent building technology,and discusses the specific application path of intelligent building technology in real estate development.
