本文主要研究了某会展智慧化集成平台项目的实施案例,并对大型数字平台集成项目管理策略的应用和效果进行了分析.通过对项目背景和目标的描述,以及项目实施过程的详细阐述,总结了项目的主要研究发现和贡献.同时,也指出了存在的不足和改进方向,并对未来类似项目提出了启示和建议.通过本论文的研究,可以为类似项目的实施提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
This article mainly studies the implementation case of a smart integration platform project for a certain exhibition,and analyzes the application and effectiveness of management strategies for large-scale digital platform integration projects.By describing the project background and objectives,as well as elaborating on the project implementation process,the main research findings and contributions of the project were summarized.At the same time,it also pointed out the existing shortcomings and improvement directions,and provided inspiration and suggestions for similar projects in the future.Through the research in this paper,it can provide reference and inspiration for the implementation of similar projects.
