面向信息孤岛问题的智慧城市信息系统及其算法设计

探索基于物联网和云计算的智慧城市信息系统建设方向,推动智慧城市建设向高效共享和互联互通方向发展是新时期城市化发展的新目标.基于城市中的主要应用项目需求构建了一个智慧城市信息系统.在智慧城市信息系统的应用层,分别设计了智慧环境监测、智慧交通和智慧防疫,提出了云计算虚拟机资源分配的多目标优化算法(CC-VMRA),并对物联网和云计算技术在智慧城市信息系统中的应用进行了仿真分析.结果表明,CC-VMRA算法通过多目标优化可大大减少智慧城市信息系统中物理服务器的数量,使服务器集群达到更好的负载均衡效果;物联网网关使用ZigBee协议的丢包率远低于0.1%的指标,延迟小于10ms.研究提出的智慧城市信息系统表现了较好的低延迟和高利用率,为智慧城市建设提供了新的参考.
Smart City Information System and Algorithm Design for Information Island Problem
Exploring the direction of smart city information system construction based on the Internet of Things and cloud computing,and promoting the development of smart city construction towards efficient sharing and interconnection is a new goal of urbanization development in the new era.A smart city information system has been constructed based on the main application project requirements in the city.At the application layer of the smart city information system,smart environment monitoring,smart transportation,and smart epidemic prevention were designed,and a multi-objective optimization algorithm for cloud computing virtual machine resource allocation(CC-VMRA)was proposed.Simulation analysis was conducted on the application of the Internet of Things and cloud computing technology in the smart city information system.The results show that the CC-VMRA algorithm can greatly reduce the number of physical servers in smart city information systems through multi-objective optimization,enabling server clusters to achieve better load balancing effects;The packet loss rate of the IoT gateway using the ZigBee protocol is much lower than the 0.1%indicator,and the latency is less than 10ms.The smart city information system proposed in the study has shown good performance in low latency and high utilization,providing new references for the construction of smart cities.
