建筑拆除垃圾处理数字化管理模式研究

城镇化进程的加快带来了大规模的城市建筑拆除活动,未来也将加大对建筑拆除垃圾管理的需求.建筑拆除废弃物大多数属不能再造资源,若不进行回收再利用,不但会造成资源浪费,还会继续造成环境的污染.本文的研究恰好是在这样的背景下,致力于搭建一个基于BIM、GIS、区块链技术的可用于建筑拆除阶段的建筑垃圾管理平台.运用该平台能够对建筑拆除垃圾开展高效管理,提升建筑废弃物回收利用率,减少建筑废弃物处置成本,降低建筑废弃物对环境的污染,实现可持续发展.
Research on Digital Management Mode of Building Demolition Waste Disposal
The acceleration of urbanization has brought about large-scale urban building demolition activities,and the future will also increase the demand for building demolition waste management.Most of the construction demolition waste belongs to non renewable resources.If not recycled and reused,it will not only cause resource waste,but also continue to cause environmental pollution.The research in this article is aimed at building a construction waste management platform based on BIM,GIS,and blockchain technology,which can be used in the demolition stage of buildings.By using this platform,efficient management of construction demolition waste can be carried out,the recycling and utilization rate of construction waste can be improved,the disposal cost of construction waste can be reduced,the pollution of construction waste to the environment can be reduced,and sustainable development can be achieved.
