A Case Study on the Implementation of Deep Excavation in Old Renovation Sites in the Central Urban Area
Urban renewal is an inevitable process of urbanization and an important approach of implementing new quality productive forces on urban and rural construction.In the urban renewal of the central urban area,not only the integration of style and appearance should be considered,but also the livelihood security should be paid attention to,so as to reduce the impact of construction on residents.Based on the deep foundation pit construction case of an urban renewal project in Songjiang,Shanghai,this paper introduces the use of a variety of envelope-protecting forms to solve the problems of close to the cable,the sudden surge of pressurized water and the remaining obstacles under the premise of safety and economy,and also ensures that the impact on the surrounding environment is within the safe range.
