新时代,推动绿色建筑可持续发展是实现建筑业转型升级的必由之路,也是实现"双碳战略"的重要手段.文章运用DPSIR模型构建绿色建筑可持续发展评价指标体系,在此基础上采用熵权TOPSIS模型,探究2010~2021年中国绿色建筑可持续发展的综合发展水平及其主要影响因素.结果表明:研究期内中国绿色建筑可持续发展综合水平整体上呈上升趋势.对此,提出优化营商环境,调整产业结构;完善绿色建筑激励和认证制度,充分发挥政府与市场作用等建议.
Sustainable Development Evaluation of Green Building Based on DPSIR Model
In the new era,promoting the sustainable development of green building is a necessary way to realize the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,and also an important means to realize the"dual-carbon strategy".The article uses the DPSIR model to construct the evaluation index system of sustainable development of green buildings,and on this basis,adopts the entropy weight TOPSIS model to explore the comprehensive development level of sustainable development of green buildings in China,and its main influencing factors in the period of 2010~2021.The results show that:the overall trend of the comprehensive level of sustainable development of green buildings in China during the study period is upward.In this regard,it is proposed to optimize the business environment,adjust the industrial structure,improve the green building incentive and certification system,and give full play to the role of the government and the market.
