摘要
在我国社会经济发展中,建筑行业是一个不可或缺的国民经济支柱产业,涵盖建筑设计、施工及研究等多个领域.相较于传统粗放能源消耗建筑工程,在世界各国高度重视生态环境保护与经济协同发展背景下,目前建筑行业朝向绿色、环保发展已成为不可逆转的趋势.鉴于此,此次研究以某建筑工程为例,总结了建筑电气与智能化设计目标、思路及原则,并从供配电系统、照明、变压器电气及中央空调系统等方面分析设计要点与措施,以此达到建设绿色建筑的目标,实现节能减耗,为绿色建筑电气与智能化设计提供参考.
Abstract
In China's social and economic development,the construction industry is an indispensable pillar industry of the national economy,covering architectural design,construction and research and other fields.Compared with the traditional extensive energy consumption construction projects,under the background of attaching great importance to ecological environment protection and economic coordinated development,the current construction industry towards green and environmental protection development has become an irreversible trend.In view of this,the study in a construction engineering,for example,summarizes the building electrical and intelligent design goals,ideas,and principles,and from the power supply and distribution system,lighting,transformer electrical and central air conditioning system analysis design points and measures,to achieve the goal of building green building,achieve energy saving and consumption reduction,provide reference for green building electrical and intelligent design.
