Analysis of the Construction Quality Management Mode of Green Building Engineering under the Lean Construction
At present,with the rapid development of green building in China,there are a variety of new construction materials and construction technologies,which have strong practical significance to ensure the quality of construction engineering and enhance the construction efficiency of construction engineering.There are some deficiencies in the operation of the traditional construction quality management mode,and it is difficult to consider a number of contents in the project construction management,which does not meet the construction requirements of green building.This paper proposes the green building engineering construction quality management mode based on lean construction concept,better implement the work concept of low carbon environmental protection in management activities,strengthen the overall management and control of engineering construction activities,using the advanced construction quality management method,from the construction quality management stage analysis,using the lean construction concept,discusses the implementation of green building engineering construction quality management mode,provides a certain reference and basis for the development of the construction industry.
