With the in-depth development of the construction field,the smart site has been applied to the construction project,which has brought huge comprehensive benefits to the whole society.However,judging from the application status of smart site in construction projects,the application of smart site in most enterprises is still in the exploration stage.Based on actual engineering cases,this paper expounds and introduces the application of smart site from three aspects:safety management,quality management and production management,which improves the overall management level of construction projects,enhances the ability of project process control,improves the level of project fine management,and realizes the maximum benefit.
