摘要
BIM方法是一个运用于工程施工控制的数据化手段,利用参数模式集成各类工程的有关数据,在工程规划、操作与管理的全生命周期流程中实现数据共享与传输,帮助工程人员对各类施工数据进行正确认识与有效处理,为工程设计组织和包括施工经营单位在内的各方施工主体奠定协同工作的基石,在提升施工效能、降低生产成本和压缩工期方面起到重大影响.本文旨在通过结合具体项目的正向设计实践案例,能够对其他项目的BIM正向设计实践带来必要的借鉴价值.
Abstract
BIM Technology is a kind of data tool applied to engineering design and construction management.It integrates the relevant information of various projects through parameter model,shares and transmits it in the whole life cycle of project planning,operation and maintenance,so that the engineering and technical personnel can correctly understand and effectively respond to various building information,and it can be used by the design team and all parties including the building operation unit The construction subject provides the basis for collaborative work and plays an important role in improving production efficiency,saving cost and shortening construction period.This paper aims to bring the necessary reference value to the BIM forward design practice of other projects by combining the positive design practice cases of specific projects.
