摘要

本文是对三维曲面种植墙体从数字化设计到3D混凝土打印最终成品落地的全过程介绍.通过对打印设备精度、打印方式以及焊接拼接方式的不断探索研究,种植墙体成功完成2个轴向上均为不规则曲面的造型打印.该设计通过3D混凝土打印的方式可以实现快速低成本的复制,为未来种植墙体在景观施工项目类的应用提供了更多的可能性.

Abstract

This article introduces the entire process of 3D curved planting walls from digital design to 3D concrete printing and final product landing.Through continuous exploration and research on the accuracy of printing equipment,printing methods,and welding and splicing methods,the planting wall has successfully completed the shape printing of two axial irregular surfaces.This design can achieve rapid and low-cost replication through 3D concrete printing,providing more possibilities for the application of planting walls in landscape construction projects in the future.
