Research on Rural Building Renovation Based on BIM under the Background of Rural Revitalization
In the context of rural revitalization,the construction of rural housing renovation projects is accelerating.China is a traditional agricultural country,and rural areas play an important role in the country's economy and society.However,due to long-standing development problems in rural areas,there are currently many problems with the quality and structural safety of rural housing construction in many areas of the country.The low safety factor of housing construction affects the quality of life of rural residents,which also requires a large amount of rural old house renovation work in promoting rural revitalization.With the implementation of the 13th Five Year Plan for informationization in construction enterprises in China,the application and promotion of BIM technology in construction projects are accelerating.This construction and management technology can have an impact on the entire life cycle of construction projects,and the corresponding 3D visualization display can achieve intuitive inspection and adjustment of construction and renovation plans.The application of BIM technology in specific construction can achieve integration with traditional dangerous old house renovation,assist construction personnel in completing construction tasks according to standards,improve work efficiency,control construction costs,and visually display the house structure.It can be adjusted reasonably according to actual needs,reflecting visualization and flexibility.This article analyzes the application advantages of BIM technology in rural building renovation,explains the specific application of rural building renovation based on BIM under the background of rural revitalization,and puts forward several reasonable suggestions for the effective application of BIM technology in rural building renovation.
