随着一线城市可用土地的稀缺,既有建筑的品质改造工程将是未来建筑行业发展的趋势;既有建筑品质改造工程可以分为功能变更改造、需求改造、节能改造和智能改造等,本文针对具体工程对地下车库智能改造作分析.
Abstract
With the scarcity of available land in first tier cities,the quality renovation of existing buildings will be the trend of future development in the construction industry;The existing building quality renovation projects can be divided into functional change renovation,demand renovation,energy-saving renovation,and intelligent renovation.This article analyzes the intelligent renovation of underground garages for specific projects.
