摘要
本文结合笔者所在的广州市城市规划勘测设计研究院完成的重大疫情救治基地改造项目实例,作为常态化下的医疗机构快速转换到应急救援基地,重点从"平疫结合、快速转换"的角度探索应对策略,为推动突发事件紧急医学救援的建设提供参考.
Abstract
Based on the example of the major epidemic treatment base transformation project completed by Guangzhou Urban Planning,Survey and Design Institute,where the author works,this paper aims to rapidly transform medical institutions into emergency relief bases under normal conditions,and explore coping strategies from the perspective of"epidemic prevention and treatment combined with conversion".It provides reference for promoting the construction of emergency medical rescue in emergencies.
