摘要

以安徽界首科创城启动区规划为例,集城市信息模型(CIM)、三维可视化、人工智能、物联网、大数据、云计算、传感技术等各类新型数字化技术于一体赋能城市治理,从实体与虚拟两个维度探索智慧城市建设开发方式,实践智慧城市空间建设及运营管理应用,解决城市快速发展带来的社会、经济、环境问题,助力城市高效、稳定、健康发展.

Abstract

Taking the planning of the first science and technology innovation city launch zone in Anhui Province as an example,various new digital technologies such as City Information Modeling(CIM),3D visualization,artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,sensing technology,etc.are integrated to empower urban governance.From both physical and virtual dimensions,the construction and development methods of smart cities are explored,and the application of smart city spatial construction and operation management is practiced to solve the social,economic,and environmental problems brought about by rapid urban development,and to help the efficient,stable,and healthy development of cities.
