Construction and Application of Smart Community Based on Digital Twin
China's urbanization construction process has entered a brand new stage,and with the continuous development of big data,cloud computing,IoT,and AI technology,the digital and intelligent transformation of cities has been carried out comprehensively.As a basic segment and an important part of the city,the level of intelligent construction of the community is also used as one of the criteria for evaluating the modernization of the city.This paper takes Shenzhen Luohu"second-line flower-plugging land"urban renewal project as a case study,and shares a method and application suitable for the construction of modern large-scale intelligent communities.Through top-level planning,digital empowerment and technological innovation,a new type of community management form with information management and intelligent service is realized.
