摘要
中国是全球范围内最大的生猪养殖国家,然而中国生猪产业也面临着效率低、疫病风险高、环境伤害大等一系列问题.伴随着生猪养殖规模化的趋势,高效、科技化的养殖需求愈加强烈,采用先进的控制系统对生猪养殖全链路管控成为一个切实可行的解决方案.浙江源创的PCS600N系统以其优越的可延展性在高层楼房养猪模式中表现出了强有力的控制效果,用开创性的工业化控制系统民用化,通过智能饲喂、环境温度调节、空气杀菌消毒、所有生产设备集中控制等多种途径,为小猪到成品猪的全生命周期提供了有力保障,大大节约了人工成本,并辅以饲料生产系统、污水处理系统,达到了全厂智能化高效养殖的目标.
Abstract
China is the world's largest pig farming country,but its pig industry also faces a series of problems such as low efficiency,high disease risk,and significant environmental damage.With the trend of large-scale pig farming,the demand for efficient and technological breeding is becoming increasingly strong.Adopting advanced control systems to control the entire pig farming chain has become a practical and feasible solution.The PCS600N system of Zhejiang Yuanchuang has demonstrated strong control effects in the high-rise building pig farming mode due to its superior scalability.Through a pioneering industrial control system for civilian use,intelligent feeding,environmental temperature regulation,air sterilization and disinfection,and centralized control of all production equipment,it provides strong guarantees for the entire life cycle of piglets to finished pigs,greatly saving labor costs.It is supplemented by feed production systems and sewage treatment systems to achieve the goal of intelligent and efficient breeding throughout the factory.
