摘要
绿色施工和绿色建造是两个不同的概念,由相应的评价标准进行评价.在我国,绿色施工一般由《建筑与市政工程绿色施工评价标准》(GB/T 50640-2023)进行评价,绿色建造一般由《建筑工程绿色建造评价标准》(T/CCIAT 0048-2022)进行评价.绿色建造评价标准包含了施工过程绿色化的评价内容,并独立组成一章,其与绿色施工评价标准既有差异也有关联.本文通过评价主题、评价要素、评价条文和评价方法等方面,比较了《建筑与市政工程绿色施工评价标准》(GB/T 50640-2023)与《建筑工程绿色建造评价标准》(T/CCIAT 0048-2022)施工章节的异同,说明其差异,厘清其关系,便于读者更好地理解和实施这两个标准.
Abstract
Green construction and green planning,design and construction(PDC)are two different concepts,which are evaluated by corresponding evaluation standards.In China,green construction is generally evaluated by the"Evaluation standard for green construction of building and municipal engineering"(GB/T 50640-2023),and green PDC is generally evaluated by the"Assessment standard for green PDC of buildings"(T/CCIAT 0048-2022).The evaluation standard for green PDC includes a chapter of construction process,which is different from and related to the green construction.In this paper,by the evaluation theme,evaluation indicators,evaluation articles and evaluation methods,compare the similarities and differences between"Evaluation standard for green construction of building and municipal engineering"and the chapter construction of"Assessment standard for green PDC of buildings",which explain their differences and clarify their relationships,so that readers can better understand and implement these two standards.
