摘要
现阶段,建筑智能化工程项目的施工建设十分复杂,是一种技术要求较高、繁琐度较强的工程类型.在施工阶段,需要从多方面着手,遵循科学化、规范化原则,将施工管理落实到各个方面.施工管理必须具备完善、高度结合的系统,将质量管理、进度管理等作为模块嵌入其中,梳理清楚各部分之间的关系,并利用现代化技术建立完善的交流和信息共享渠道,以便于各子系统和功能模块发挥性能.
Abstract
At present,the construction of intelligent building projects is very complex,which is a type of engineering with high technical requirements and strong complexity.During the construction phase,it is necessary to start from multiple aspects,follow the principles of scientific and standardization,and implement construction management in all aspects.Construction management must have a comprehensive and highly integrated system,with quality management,schedule management,etc.embedded as modules,clarifying the relationships between each part,and using modern technology to establish a comprehensive communication and information sharing channel,in order to facilitate the performance of each subsystem and functional module.
