本文根据智能建筑工程项目特点,总结分析智能建筑工程实施过程中存在的风险因素,探讨项目风险的应对策略,以求完善施工企业风险管理制度和风险管理信息系统,提高项目风险管控水平,进而提高智能建筑工程安装质量,以达到项目预期设计目标,确保竣工后智能建筑工程高效稳定运行.
Abstract
This paper summarizes and analyzes the risk factors existing in the implementation process of intelligent building projects according to the characteristics of intelligent building projects,and discusses the coping strategies of project risks in order to improve the risk management system and risk management information system of construction enterprises,improve the level of project risk management and control,and then improve the quality of the installation of intelligent building projects in order to achieve the expected design goals of the project,and to ensure that after completion of the intelligent building project is highly efficient and stable operation.
