Construction and Application of Smart Park Platform Based on CIM
With the accelerated development of urbanization and the advancement of urban digital transformation,the informatization construction of parks in China has gone through a process from traditional manual management and semi-automatic management to digital and intelligent management.The construction of smart park is in the initial stage,and the lack of smart park standard system is an important problem faced by builders and managers.Based on the city information model(CIM),this paper takes China Construction Optics Valley Star as a pilot project to deeply explore the construction,management and operation mode of CIM-based smart park.Combined with the landing experience of China Construction Optics Valley Star CIM+Smart Park project,this paper summarizes the key and difficult problems in the construction process of smart park,and analyzes the core construction content of CIM Smart Park.The application of CIM+in Donghu High-tech Zone can provide replicable and scalable experience,and provide demonstration standards and technical support for the construction of smart parks in China.
