"双碳"战略背景下医院节能降耗工作探索与实践

在当今"双碳"战略背景下,医院的节能降耗、能源管理成为响应国家及医疗系统和精细化管理的重要举措;同时加强能源管理也是构建现代智慧医院实现科学化管理的重要组成部分.针对某大型三级甲等中医医院能耗总量、能源结构、能耗指标等数据进行研究分析,并综合近年来已采取的各项技术和管理节能措施,分析研究出目前医院在能源管理及节能降耗方面存在的管理问题及技术短板.针对现有问题提出充分运用能耗管理平台、加强节能降耗精细化管理、节能降耗纳入科室及部门的绩效考核指标、推动用能设施设备改造等技术及管理方面的节能工作展望,以此降低"万元收入能耗支出",提升后勤整体能源管理水平,实现医院高质量发展的目标.
Exploration and Practice of Energy-saving and Consumption Reduction in Hospitals under the Background of the"Dual Carbon"Strategy
In the current context of the"dual carbon"strategy,energy-saving and consumption reduction,as well as energy management,have become important measures in response to national and medical system and refined management in hospitals;Strengthening energy management is also an important component of building a modern smart hospital to achieve scientific management.Research and analysis were conducted on the total energy consumption,energy structure,energy consumption indicators,and other data of a large tertiary Grade A traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Based on the various technologies and energy-saving measures adopted in recent years,the management problems and technical shortcomings in energy management and energy-saving and consumption reduction in the hospital were analyzed and studied.In response to existing problems,it is proposed to fully utilize energy consumption management platforms,strengthen refined management of energy-saving and consumption reduction,incorporate energy-saving and consumption reduction into performance evaluation indicators of departments and departments,promote the transformation of energy facilities and equipment,and other technological and management aspects of energy-saving work prospects,in order to reduce"ten thousand yuan of income and energy expenditure",improve the overall energy management level of logistics,and achieve the goal of high-quality development of hospitals.
