BIM+3D激光扫描技术辅助异型曲面铝板幕墙施工工艺

异型曲面铝板幕墙与常规单元板块不同,对于施工定位和板块组装精度要求高,常规的加工、安装方式难以满足线性控制要求.本文结合熊猫基地游客中心工程实践,分析了BIM+三维激光扫描技术在异形曲面铝板幕墙施工中的应用.采用BIM+三维激光扫描仪对幕墙进行深化设计,使用三维激光扫描仪对墙体进行扫描,利用Rhino+Grasshopper软件参数化建模,创建铝板深化模型.结果表明,利用BIM+三维激光扫描辅助曲面铝单板幕墙安装技术,提高了曲面铝板幕墙安装精度与施工效率,也为同类工程提供了借鉴与参考.
Construction Technology of Irregular Curved Aluminum Plate Curtain Wall Based on BIM+3D Laser Scanning Technology
The irregular curved aluminum panel curtain wall differs from conventional unit panels in that it requires high precision in construction positioning and panel assembly,and conventional processing and installation methods are difficult to meet linear control requirements.This article analyzes the application of BIM+3D laser scanning technology in the construction of irregular curved aluminum panel curtain walls based on the practice of the Panda Base Tourist Center project.BIM+3D laser scanner was used to deepen the design of the curtain wall,and Tianbao X7 3D laser scanner was used to scan the wall.Rhino+Grasshopper software was used for parametric modeling to create an aluminum plate deepening model.The results indicate that the use of BIM+3D laser scanning assisted installation technology for curved aluminum single panel curtain walls has improved the installation accuracy and construction efficiency of curved aluminum panel curtain walls,and also provides reference and reference for similar projects.
