智能化监测技术在某地铁深基坑施工的应用方案设计

地铁深基坑施工通常面对复杂高风险的施工环境,人工监测会由于滞后性难以及时掌握周边地层、支护结构以及管线等的动态变化,增大事故发生概率.基于此,文章以智能化监测技术在深基坑施工中的应用作为研究切入点,分析其应用必要性,并结合某地铁深基坑施工案例,从应用目标和框架、基于BIM的施工可视化监测预警、基于IoT的施工监测数据实时采集以及施工安全状态评价等方面入手探讨智能化监测技术的具体应用方案,为传统被动式监测向主动事前预防的有效转变提供促进作用,构建深基坑施工状态监测全时化和自动化方案,为深基坑施工安全和质量问题的解决提供更多思路.
Design of Application Scheme of Intelligent Monitoring Technology in Construction of Deep Foundation Pit of a Subway
Subway deep foundation pit construction is usually faced with complex and high-risk construction environment,manual monitoring will be difficult to timely grasp the dynamic changes of surrounding strata,supporting structures and pipelines due to hysteresis,increase the probability of accidents.Based on this,the paper takes the application of intelligent monitoring technology in the construction of deep foundation pit as the research entry point,analyzes the necessity of its application,and combines the construction case of a subway deep foundation pit.The specific application scheme of intelligent monitoring technology is discussed from the aspects of application objectives and framework,BIM based construction visual monitoring and early warning,IoT based construction monitoring data real-time collection and construction safety status evaluation,etc.,so as to promote the effective transformation from traditional passive monitoring to proactive prevention.Construction of deep foundation pit construction condition monitoring full-time and automatic scheme to provide more ideas for deep foundation pit construction safety and quality problems.
