摘要
机场安全运行是民航安全管理的重要环节,直接关系到人们的安全出行需求.如何准确评估某个机场的运行风险成为一个难点.本文从研究机场安全管理体系出发,提出通过建立安全风险量化模型,实现对机场运行风险的实时评估,从而指导机场开展安全风险监控,并对中高风险进行有效处理,降低不安全事件的发生概率,保障机场持续安全运行.
Abstract
Airport operational safety is a critical aspect of civil aviation safety management,directly impacting the safe travel of passengers.Accurately assessing the operational risks of a specific airport has become a challenging issue.This paper starts from the study of airport safety management systems and proposes a method for real-time assessment of airport operational risks by establishing a quantitative risk model.This approach aims to guide airports in monitoring safety risks,effectively addressing medium-risk to high-risk situations,reducing the probability of unsafe incidents,and ensuring the continuous safe operation of airports.
