摘要

城市更新是"十四五"期间城市规划建设管理的重要任务,也是实现"双碳"目标的重要战场.在城市更新进程中,老旧小区因人口密度大、建筑节能效率低,成为更新改造的首要目标.本文讨论了老旧小区的技术应用现状及存在的问题,并探讨了绿色技术改造方法.

Abstract

Urban renewal is a critical task in urban planning,construction,and management during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period and is essential for achieving the"dual carbon"goals.In the process of urban renewal,old residential communities,characterized by high population density and low building energy efficiency,become primary targets for renovation.This paper discusses the current state and existing problems of technological applications in old residential communities and explores methods for green technology renovation.
