摘要
老旧社区智慧化改造是居民实现美好生活的重要途径,是城市高质量发展的必由之路.本文以当前老旧社区智慧化改造面临的矛盾与对策为线索,展开对现状与进展的综述研究,希望为未来老旧社区智慧化改造的深入研究和广泛实践提供有益借鉴.
Abstract
Smart renovation of old communities is an important way to achieve a better life for residents and a necessary path for high-quality urban development.Focusing on the main contradictions faced by the current smart renovation of old communities,this paper conducts a comprehensive review of the problems and countermeasures,which can provide useful references for the research and practice of smart renovation of old communities in the future.
