Research on the Transformation Path of the Old Public Rental Housing Community under the Background of"Intelligent"Construction
As a low-income housing,public rental housing occupies a large proportion in the city,and the old public rental housing community is the key content of urban community management.The use of smart community construction to promote the transformation of the old public rental housing community and help the old public rental housing community continue to play the role of urban security is an important breakthrough in current urban governance.This paper studies the connotation of smart community,the opportunity of urban old public rental housing community transformation,analyzes the existing problems in the transformation and management of smart community of old public rental housing,and puts forward the reflection on transformation and management measures.
